Marigold started with one oven, one sourdough starter (her name is Goldie) and a love of slow mornings that smell like butter.
We still bake in small batches, all morning long, with real vanilla, local eggs and whatever fruit is sweetest that week. When the case is empty, we turn off the ovens and start again tomorrow.
